i started this blog after years of contemplation and self doubt. doubting that anyone would care to read about *me*

then, i realized if i empower at least one person and myself; i'll be content!

these last few years have been about self growth for me.

at 24 years old, i moved away from my hometown to a connecting state for a
f r e s h s t a r t .

and that is exactly what i got! (and am still getting)
a few facts about me:

i am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with my own private practice

i love disney, f.r.i.e.n.d.s & one tree hill

i love to play board games, listen to music, journal & to color

i am in a committed relationship with my partner, tesfaye, for three years

we have two dogs: a chowchow, husky mix named leo (5) and an australian shepard named lulu (3)

oh, and i rarely type in capital letters ;p
